Risk Assessment
A risk assessment is not merely a required document, but the cornerstone of a stable and safe work environment. Under Act XCIII of 1993 on Occupational Safety and Health, every employer (even those with as few as one employee) is required to have an up-to-date risk assessment.
Why should you entrust this task to the experts at Trust Capital?
- We don't just fill out forms. We conduct a comprehensive assessment of your business’s unique needs so that you can focus on your own business while we take care of legal compliance.
- Comprehensive audit: We conduct a detailed assessment of the technological risks associated with real estate, work processes, and machinery.
- An Effective Action Plan: We not only identify the risks we uncover, but also propose practical, cost-effective solutions to mitigate or eliminate them.
- Accountability and Traceability: It is advisable to assign specific individuals to be responsible for each proposal and set realistic deadlines, so that development goals do not remain mere plans but become tangible results.
Continuous security, up-to-date solutions
The regulatory environment and technology are constantly changing. We review risk assessments, analyze the results achieved, and fine-tune our strategy. This ensures that your company remains beyond reproach even during a potential regulatory audit, and that your employees can work in the safest possible environment.

Occupational Safety Regulations
A unified system: a satisfied partner in the maze of legislation
It is a common misconception that a document titled „Occupational Safety Regulations” is mandatory. Although no legislation directly refers to a document by that name, Section 2(3) of the Occupational Safety Act states that the employer is responsible for ensuring compliance with safe work requirements and prescribes a written policy requirement in numerous areas.
What obligations are included in the unified system?
The policy prepared by Trust Capital covers the critical points that the law requires individually:
- Personal Protective Equipment (Section 56 of the Labor Code): The employer must establish in writing the internal procedures for providing personal protective equipment.
- Medical Examinations (Decree No. 33/1998 (June 24) of the Ministry of Health): Systematization of the examination and assessment of fitness for a specific job, professional duties, and personal hygiene.
- Training Obligation (Section 55 of the Act): Ensuring and documenting that employees learn and comply with safety regulations.
- Protection of Nonsmokers (Act XLII of 1999): Regulations governing the designation of smoking areas and the rules for smoking.
Why is it a good idea to have a set of uniform rules drawn up?
In the event of an accident or an inspection by the authorities, a well-structured internal policy is the employer’s most important line of legal defense. We help you avoid getting lost in the details and ensure that you comply with all regulations at once.
Occupational Safety Training and
awareness-raising training sessions
Occupational safety training is not just a signature on an attendance sheet: it is the employer’s first line of defense. Pursuant to Section 55 of Act XCIII of 1993 on Occupational Safety (Mvt.) , the employer must ensure that employees acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to perform their work without endangering their health upon starting employment, as well as whenever there are changes to the workplace or technology.
At Trust Capital, we believe that effective training can save lives and result in significant cost savings for the company.
Why Choose Our Training Programs?
- Full compliance: Our training programs fully comply with the provisions of Section 55(1) of the Labor Code, covering employees’ rights, obligations, and job-specific risks.
- Proactive awareness-raising: We don't just explain the rules—we build a safety-conscious culture. Our training sessions help employees identify potential hazards before they lead to accidents.
- Practical Focus: Instead of dry theory, we prepare your team using real-life examples and by teaching them how to handle unexpected situations (e.g., emergency protocols).
Flexible learning options tailored to your needs
We understand that every business is different, which is why we offer two different solutions:
1. Traditional, in-person instruction:
Interactive, on-site training sessions where our experts answer your questions directly.
2. Modern E-learning System:
A time-saving and cost-effective solution. Employees can complete the training at their own pace, even remotely, while the system automatically generates the necessary certificates.

Machine Tests
Operational Safety and Regulatory Compliance – From Machine Operators to Company Executives
The poor technical condition of machinery and equipment is the cause of the most serious workplace accidents. Act XCIII of 1993 on Occupational Safety and Health (Mvt.) and Decree No. 5/1993 (XII. 26.) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MüM) prescribe strict rules for the operation of machinery.
The experts at Trust Capital ensure that you not only comply with legal requirements, but also that your fleet operates as efficiently and safely as possible.
What types of tests can you count on us to perform?
Our experts provide comprehensive support at every stage of the machines' lifecycle:
Pre-Commissioning Inspection (Section 21 of the Act)
This is mandatory when purchasing or modifying new equipment. We check the declarations of conformity (CE), the user manuals, and the physical safety requirements.
Periodic Safety Review
For hazardous machinery, a specialized inspection is required at specified intervals (usually every 1 to 5 years), covering mechanical and electrical safety as well as the operation of protective devices.
Special Investigation
After an unavoidable accident, malfunction, major modification, or relocation of the machine.
Hazardous or non-hazardous? We'll help you classify it!
Not all machines require the same level of inspection, but each one must be safe.
Why Choose Trust Capital for Machine Inspections?
For us, vehicle inspection isn't just another item to check off a list. We offer a comprehensive service:
Professional Documentation
We prepare the necessary records, which are crucial during an official inspection.
Technical Safety
If requested, our electrical inspectors will also be fully integrated into the compliance process and will perform the necessary electrical safety inspections.
Risk Assessment
We are also updating the company's occupational safety risk assessment to ensure it is current.
Don't take any chances!

Lifting Equipment Expertise
and periodic inspections
Lifting equipment (whether it’s a forklift, a crane, or even a simple lifting table) poses a significant safety risk; therefore, inspecting it is not only a legal requirement but also a fundamental prerequisite for preventing serious workplace accidents.
When operating lifting equipment, safety is non-negotiable. The Decree No. 47/1999 (August 4) of the Minister of Finance It establishes strict requirements for inspecting the condition of lifting equipment, with the aim of completely preventing accidents caused by unexpected mechanical failures.
Trust Capital’s team of experts takes the legal and technical burdens of operations off your shoulders, ensuring that your machines operate continuously and in compliance with regulations.
What types of tests can you count on us to perform?
In accordance with legal requirements, we provide the following comprehensive services:
- Periodic safety inspection:
A comprehensive inspection of the lifting equipment to ensure it is fit for safe operation (usually every 5 years, or as specified by the manufacturer or an expert). - Structural and major inspections:
Regular, thorough technical inspections of the machine's load-bearing components, mechanical units, and safety devices. - Pre-commissioning inspection:
Regulatory and technical compliance inspections of newly purchased or relocated lifting equipment prior to its initial commissioning. - Expert services related to lifting equipment:
Preparing customized expert reports, determining remaining service life, and conducting expedited inspections following accidents.
Why Choose Trust Capital as Your Partner in Lifting Equipment Safety?
- Comprehensive documentation: For every inspection, we issue a precise and standardized inspection report as required by the authorities and insurance companies.
- Up-to-date records: We track your machines’ inspection cycles and notify you in a timely manner when the next inspection is due, helping you avoid fines or downtime due to expired documentation.
- Expert support: Our lifting equipment experts not only identify faults but also provide professional advice to help ensure the economical and safe maintenance of your fleet.
Don't take any chances!
A poorly maintained lifting machine not only endangers the lives of employees, but also raises the issue of criminal liability for company management in the event of an accident. We guarantee full compliance with Decree No. 47/1999 (VIII. 4.) GM.

Chemical Safety:
hazardous substances and exposure management
Invisible Risks – Visible Expertise
At many companies in Hungary, the issue of chemical safety still falls into a „gray area” and is often limited to simply filing away safety data sheets. Yet daily exposure to hazardous substances—whether industrial solvents, welding fumes, or even professional cleaning agents—can cause serious health problems for employees, which often do not manifest until years later.
Trust Capital’s mission is to change this: to make chemical processes transparent, safe, and conducted with due care, thereby protecting the health of its employees and ensuring the legal stability of its business.
Tighter Regulations: Two Regulations Every Employer Needs to Know
The authorities (occupational safety and public health agencies) are continuously tightening their inspections. To ensure compliance, employers must, in particular, meet the requirements of the following two pieces of legislation:
- ITM Decree No. 5/2020 (February 6): On the Protection of Workers Exposed to Chemical Hazardous Factors. This decree prescribes preventive measures, strict compliance with exposure limits, and special risk assessments.
- GFM Decree No. 55/2023 (December 28): It regulates protection against substances in the most hazardous category—occupational carcinogens, mutagens, and substances toxic to reproduction—and establishes specific reporting, record-keeping, and exposure-reduction requirements.
Essential Elements: Risk Assessment and Airspace Measurement Analysis
Accurate data and expert analysis are the foundation of effective risk management. We provide professional support in two critical areas where most companies struggle:
1. Specialized chemical risk assessment:
This is not the same as general occupational safety documentation! We thoroughly investigate the health hazards associated with the substances and mixtures used at a given workplace, examine the routes of exposure (inhalation, dermal absorption), and use this information to develop a clear protection strategy.
2. Analysis of the results of workplace air quality measurements:
If dust, gas, vapor, or smoke is generated in the workspace, air contamination must be measured using laboratory methods. However, we don’t stop at simply taking measurements: we professionally analyze and evaluate the results in light of regulatory limits. If we detect any deviations, we recommend specific technical and personal protective measures.
Turn risk into expertise!
Trust Capital takes the burden off your shoulders with comprehensive chemical safety management:
- Technology-Level Assessment: During a personal on-site inspection, we not only document the facts, but also provide an in-depth analysis of the use and role of hazardous materials in your specific technological processes.
- Comprehensive data analysis: After compiling the complete list of hazardous substances, we will thoroughly review and evaluate the safety data sheets as well as the results of workplace air quality measurements.
- Precise risk identification: We review the security systems currently in use with a rigorous professional eye, identifying any remaining risks and hidden sources of danger.
- A Practical Action Plan: We won’t leave you to deal with these problems on your own. We’ll outline specific technical and occupational health and safety measures, as well as feasible improvement opportunities, to ensure maximum safety and legal compliance.
Don’t put your employees at risk of health problems or your company at risk of fines running into the millions! Protect your team and your business with our professional chemical safety services.
Psychosocial risks –
employees' mental health
The Human Factor – The Driving Force Behind Corporate Efficiency
In the modern workplace, the greatest hazards are no longer just physical. Stress, excessive workload, workplace conflicts, and burnout directly impair performance, increase the number of sick days, and drive employee turnover. Section 54(1)(d) of Act XCIII of 1993 on Occupational Safety and Health (Mvt.) clearly stipulates that employers are required to assess and manage psychosocial risks as well.
Trust Capital's mission is to transform mental health protection from paperwork into real value for your company.
Why is psychosocial risk assessment not something to be overlooked?
In addition to being a legal requirement, maintaining a mentally healthy workplace is a vital business interest:
- Reducing Hidden Costs:
Errors caused by stress, a lack of motivation, and frequent sick leave cost the company a lot of forints. - Regulatory Compliance:
The Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate is investigating the effects of psychosocial risk factors (e.g., work organization, monotony, work schedules). - Employer Branding:
A company that cares about its employees' mental well-being is more attractive to talented workers and is able to retain its key employees.
How do we help manage mental health risks?
Our experts assess the organization’s „state of mind” using a methodology that is scientifically grounded yet practical:
- Objective assessment of the current situation:
Using anonymous surveys and interviews, we identify sources of workplace stress, the effects of leadership styles, and weaknesses in the organizational culture. - Expert Analysis:
We analyze the data and identify critical areas (e.g., poor communication, excessive responsibility, risk of harassment). - Personalized Action Plan:
We don't just provide a diagnosis—we also offer solutions. We make recommendations for optimizing work organization, improving internal communication, and implementing stress management strategies. - Awareness-raising training sessions:
We help managers and employees recognize the early signs of burnout and equip them with effective conflict resolution techniques.
Don't wait until stress starts to undermine your team's performance! Replace uncertainty with deliberate organizational development.
Investigation of Workplace Accidents
and legal representation
Quick help and protection in unexpected situations
Workplace accidents are every employer’s nightmare. Although prevention is the top priority, if an accident does occur, swift and professional action can be crucial—not only for the care of the injured person, but also for the future of the business. Pursuant to Section 64 of Act XCIII of 1993 on Occupational Safety and Health (Mvt.), every workplace accident must be investigated and documented.
Trust Capital's experts will help ensure that professionalism prevails over panic and that you comply with all legal requirements.
What should you do in the event of an accident?
Once the emergency has been resolved (first aid provided, emergency services notified), an investigation from an occupational safety perspective must begin immediately.
- Professional examination:
We will determine the causes of the accident, identify who is responsible, and make recommendations to prevent similar incidents. - Detailed documentation:
We prepare the workplace accident report in the required five copies, ensuring that it is filled out accurately to comply with legal requirements. - Managing Deadlines:
We will ensure that the documents are submitted to all relevant authorities (employee, social security payment office/government agency, occupational safety authority) by the 8th day of the month following the accident.
Why Is Negligent Administration Risky?
A workplace accident does not end with the filing of the report.
Important to know:
- Recourse claims:
Health insurance agencies investigate every accident. If negligence or incomplete documentation (e.g., an outdated risk assessment, lack of training) can be proven, the authority may require the employer to reimburse the full amount of sick pay, as well as surgical and rehabilitation costs. This could amount to several million. - Occupational Safety Fine:
An accident that is not properly documented may result in a heavy occupational safety fine.
How do we protect your company?
Through our ongoing consulting services, we ensure that your company’s documentation (risk assessments, training, equipment inspections) is always up to date. This way, in the event of an accident, it can be proven that you, as an employer, did everything possible to ensure safety, thereby protecting you from massive financial claims.
